Dr. Jeroen Kraaijenbrink is an accomplished strategy scholar, author, speaker, consultant and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of practical and academic experience across the manufacturing, technology, accounting, healthcare and education industries. Leveraging extensive experience in strategic planning and business development for stagnant and aspiring organizations, he is a valuable asset for start-up or established businesses in need of new growth strategies and/or a new direction to promote growth and success. His broad areas of expertise include strategic planning and implementation, business development, change management, leadership, and product development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kraaijenbrink has held leadership positions at organizations including the University of Amsterdam Business School, TSM Business School, University of Twente. He also worked as visiting professor at the renowned Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota) and Darden Business School (University of Virginia). He has also served as a professor, in various ranks, leading strategy and entrepreneurship courses for executive MBA students. Additionally, Dr. Kraaijenbrink has been an expert reviewer for numerous professional/academic journals including the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and the Journal of Business Venturing. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of New Strategy Group.

Dr. Kraaijenbrink received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Public Administration, his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, and his Ph.D. from the School of Management and Governance at the University of Twente. He has also participated in various continuing education programs including Didactical Principles and Teaching Methods (University of Twente) and Doctoral Course Programs (BETA Research School).

Based on his extensive experience, Dr. Kraaijenbrink has developed a universal strategy approach to helping companies across multiple industries improve business strategy and implement growth. Dr. Kraaijenbrink also published his multi-volume book, The Strategy Handbook, and has numerous publications in professional/academic journals, books, and conference papers including Journal of Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Knowledge Management and Journal of Small Business Management. Additionally, Dr. Kraaijenbrink has been the recipient of various nominations, grants, and awards for his work in his field and is a frequently asked keynote speaker at professional/academic conferences and seminars.
